Phuket

We flew from Hong Kong direct to Phuket and had 3 nights there at Villa Atchara - a great boutique hotel with a fabulous breakfast, pool and across the street from the north (quiet) end of Patong Beach.  We ended up spending 2 days at our beach, a one day speed boat trip to Phi Phi Island and 3 others to snorkel, and on the ride to the airport we stopped to see two big temples.  Three full days of exposure, even with full sunscreen and swim shirts was the perfect amount of time for our pale skin.
