Easter in Japan

Yesterday the girls and I went to the Eggstravaganza while Jeff golfed in a tournament.  We all had a great time  the girls getting eggs, candy, faces painted and jumping in the bounce house and Jeff placing 5th despite his huge handicap.  This morning the Easter bunny found our house and hid eggs (some with 100 yen in them!), brought baskets and board games - Yahtzee and scrabble!  We woke up early, then chatted with family and went to brunch.  Here are some pics.  Love JeLiMoBe

Morgan's swim trophies

Morgan participated in a fun, all ages swim meet and had a blast.  She ended up swimming the 50-fly in a medley relay against teenagers and was on the winning team.  The coach was very impressed - as were we!  She also improved her times in breaststroke and the 100 IM.  It was the last meet of the spring season and all the kids were given trophies, and Morgan was given the most improved female swimmer of the team.  She was very proud (as were we) and brought her trophies to school the next day.  Her coach picked her because of her dedication, making it to practice week after week, and stroke improvement and noted that she was the youngest swimmer on the team.  Here are a few photos from my iPhone.
