Grandparents Birthday at Disneyland!

Grandpa's birthday was in August and Grandma's in December, so October seems like a good time for a celebration at the Happiest Place on Earth.  I think my parents were a little reluctant at the thought of spending the day in long lines with screaming kids, but to their surprise the lines were very short and everyone had a great time!  We managed to go on many rides using the Fast Pass system - including the Matterhorn, Thunder Mountain, Scream, Pirates of the Caribbean, the Cars ride, and saw 3 shows - the Royal Theater Rapunzel show, Magical Mickey Color Show and Aladdin.  We spent the morning at Disney, arriving at 8 AM and the afternoon at California Adventure.  The girls were asleep before we drove out of the parking lot - a full, fabulous day!  Here are some photos of a wonderful, memorable day.  Love JeLiMoBe + Grannie Annie and Grandpa Richard

This year's Halloween Card we were all mice - Mickey and Minnie.  We took our photo a Disneyland.  We popped in with our annual passes on our way up to LA to see John and Kaitlin.  Here are the photos from the quick visit.

Sweet Cousin/Niece Baby Caroline

Granny Annie, Grandpa Richard, the girls, Jeff and I drove up to see John, Kaitlin and meet their newest addition - sweet baby Caroline who was born August 15th.  Baby Caroline was adorable and just as cute as can be.  She let all of us hold her and nuzzled in on my chest while she slept.  It was a wonderful visit and we are so happy to have a cousin for Bella and Morgan so close by!  Here are a few photos of the beautiful baby.  Love you Baby Caroline Elizabeth!

USAA Swim Sponsored Meet - the real deal!

Morgan had a A,B,C level swim meet today at Solana Beach Boys and Girls Club.  There were at least 6 big clubs there.  Morgan's 50 free for ages 8 and under (no 6 and under group and she had to swim 2 lengths vice 1) had 91 entries!  Her backstroke 70+ entries, and 60 for breastroke, smartly only 40 for fly.  Morgan dove off the block  and swam fast times - typically finishing in the top 3 of the 6 year olds!  A lo of Morgan's friends were there so during events she had a lot of fun playing.  Here are photos.
