Snowy Owl Photo Day

Morgan is on a recreational soccer league and on the Snowy Owl team.  A few of her teammates go to her school and are in her before/after school care.  She is loving it.  Here are photos from photo day!

 

Morgan's First Day of Kindergarten!

August 21st was Morgan's first day of kindergarten!  She was really excited and both Jeff and I dropped her off in the morning to meet her teacher, Mrs. Rutherford, and meet her classmates.  Morgan is a Park Village Penguin and very excited about the multiple playgrounds and big desks.   She takes home her homework file folder each day like it's her own briefcase and has her own breakfast bag.  Right now she is buying lunch and excited about the chocolate milk option! 

It was cute watching her excitement on her first day of school, especially when she saw a group of older probably 3-4th grade girls in boots, shorts, and accessorized.  Morgan checked them out and looked at me and said, "No Way - this is going to be COOL!".

Summer Fun!

Summer highlights included a Legoland trip with Uncle John, Kaitlin and Grandparents Ann and Richard, Dad's 69th birthday brewery tour, and Daybreak at Del Mar!
