Carlsbad RG and Disney on Ice

I race guarded the Carlsbad half marathon which is a gorgeous course along the ocean with Jennifer  Was really fun and the last mile I got to run in with my good friend Cecily!  What a super race without incident or much volunteer efforts on my part!  The day started out rainy so we were concerned mainly with chaffing, but we ran in the middle of the pack and aside from a few walkers with tight muscles didn't see much.

That evening we took the girls to see Disney on Ice which they loved!
