Morgan's first Bowling Party!

Morgan's boyfriend Jaylen turned 2 on April 3rd and his parents threw him a pre-toddler bowling party with all his friends from daycare. It was really fun!!! It was at the Support Site bowling alley - who knew they had shoes that small?! They bowled, ate pizza, ate Elmo and Cookie Monster cake and ice cream, and then crushed a Cookie Monster pinata!

Morgan wore a cute little purple dress from her Great Grandmother, GG. Isn't she cute?! Morgan knows all the names of the kids in her class and even knows who their parents are because she seems them pick the kids up at daycare.

Morgan's 2nd Easter Candy Hunt

Jeff and I took April 2nd off for my 35th birthday. In the morning we had a more in-depth ultrasound (because now I'm advanced maternal age) out in town which ended up taking most of the day. Afterward we picked up Morgan and checked into a cabin at Carney Park. It was the first time we stayed in a cabin there, and it was really fun! Jeff BBQ'd dinner and we went for some nice walks, and Morgan loved being so close to the playgrounds.

Saturday morning we got breakfast at the golf course and then went to the Easter Extravaganza put on by MWR. Here are some photos!

Isn't Morgan's Easter basked the cutest - it's from Kristin and her jacket is from Nana Nancy which she now wears all the time.

April 1st Announcement

I'll have to download the cake pictures from my work camera so I can post them here. I announced my pregnancy with a blue/pink birthday cake on April 1st (not a joke, but I wasn't in the office on the 2nd) that Jeff baked. It was really cute! I'm ~14 weeks and very happy that I'm starting to feel less nauseous and tired as I enter my 2nd trimester.
