Santa Claus at the Exchange
We saw Santa today and Morgan freaked out!! Unlike last year when she didn't even notice. I instantly got in there to save her - picked her up and then sat on Santa's lap with her. He was pretty surprised!! :-) Ho, ho, ho! Merry Christmas!

Poor Mo! I imagine it must be common - I can remember being terrified of Santa Claus when I was a kid. Hope all is well. I miss you all!
